Our dehumidifiers use R290, R134a, or R32 depending on the model and capacity. Smaller commercial units use R290 or R134a; mid-range and industrial models typically use R290 or R32. We can adjust the refrigerant choice for OEM projects to comply with destination market regulations, such as EU F-gas requirements.

Compressor dehumidifiers operate efficiently between 5°C and 38°C. For environments below 5°C—including cold storage and pharmaceutical low-temperature warehousing—or for applications requiring relative humidity below 30%, the ROD rotary desiccant series is required. Desiccant units do not rely on condensation, maintaining extraction performance at low temperatures.

Compressor models function between 5°C and 38°C at 30%–80% relative humidity. Rotary desiccant (ROD) units extend operational capabilities to temperatures well below 5°C and target humidity levels below 10% RH.

Compressor units feature digital sensors for standard target setting. Rotary desiccant ROD models provide tighter control, with an adjustable humidity differential between 1% and 5% for highly controlled environments like electronics manufacturing.

Yes. Industrial floor-standing models (GDH series) and ceiling-mounted models (GDH-CE series) utilize direct continuous drainage via a drain hose for uninterrupted 24-hour operation. Smaller commercial units feature integrated water tanks with an optional bypass for continuous hose drainage.

Condensers and evaporators utilize pure copper tubing for superior thermal conductivity and long-term corrosion resistance in wet environments. The GDH-CE ceiling series additionally applies titanium foil on the fins to withstand chemically aggressive air, such as in indoor pools.

Base circuit protections include phase-loss, overload, and automatic defrosting. Rotary desiccant systems integrate additional safeguards against rotor stoppage and electrical leakage.
