Humidifier for Textile Industry — Humidity Control for Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, and Yarn Processing
Textile fibers are hygroscopic — they absorb and release moisture with the humidity of the surrounding air. When floor RH drops below the fiber's equilibrium moisture content, the material loses water, becomes brittle, builds static, and breaks under the stress of high-speed spinning or weaving. The consequences are measurable: higher yarn breakage, more loom stoppages, more fiber fly and dust, lower tensile strength, and — because textiles are sold by weight — direct revenue loss from low moisture regain at sale. SHISHUO's UH-DS ultrasonic series serves spinning plants, weaving sheds, knitting facilities, and yarn stores — 0.5–5 micron mist, 2 to 30 kg/h, automatic control, stainless steel, rated for continuous industrial operation.
